Unne survey — Terms of use

This site hosts a market research survey conducted by Unne. By starting the survey you accept these terms and confirm that you have read the privacy notice.

The survey is not the Unne service. Completing it does not create an account and does not form a contract for the supply of anything. The Unne platform at app.unne.io is governed by separate terms of service, which do not apply to this site.

The handling of your answers is described in the privacy notice.

Participation is voluntary, and you may leave the survey at any time. Answers are saved partway through the survey, so if you leave before finishing, some of your answers may already have been kept.

The survey is intended for persons aged 18 or over. By starting the survey you confirm that you are 18 or over.

Please respond only once.

Answers should reflect your own view.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing of the rights of others, and you should not include personal data concerning other people.

The survey accepts written and selected answers only. Files, images and attachments cannot be submitted.

No payment, reward or other benefit is provided for participation, and participation confers no entitlement against Unne.

The fees referred to in the survey are research material. They do not constitute an offer by Unne or a commitment to charge any particular amount, and your answers create no obligation for you to purchase anything.

Unne analyses responses together with others and uses the results for market research about its own service.

Unne may also use the results in its own materials, including materials shared outside Unne. This may include short extracts from written answers, used without attribution to any individual or organisation. Responses contain no identifier by which they could be attributed.

By starting the survey you grant Unne a perpetual, royalty-free right to use the answers you save or submit for these purposes.

The survey may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time, and links may cease to function without notice.

The survey is provided as it stands and without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Unne is not liable for loss arising from participation, from answers that are not recorded, or from unavailability of the survey.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

Unne may exclude from the research any response that appears to be duplicated, automated or submitted in order to distort the results, and may restrict access to this site in the event of misuse.

These terms may be amended. The date above indicates the current version, and the version published when you start the survey applies.

These terms are governed by Finnish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts. Where you participate as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

Unne is currently operated by the Unne project, based in Finland.
